Where do we ship your orders from?

  •  We ship all orders from Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping times:

  • Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, shipping times may be unpredictable and longer than usual, we apologise for any inconvenience.
  • All shipping times provided at checkout are based off the current information provided to us by Australia Post, so they include delays due to COVID-19

Please note: We are not responsible for the payment of any import charges if they apply to your shipment (only for deliveries outside of Australia).

Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. Refer to the following below for our return & exchange policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • For goods being returned without a fault, we have a 14-day return & exchange policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • If a good is faulty, it may be returned either for an exchange or a refund within 90 days of the good being received.
  • For returns, please head to our 'contact us' page and send us an email  including your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will then provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that unless the goods are faulty, the customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
